THE THEORY:      The Shoemaker-Levy cometoids are not comprised of ice
                 and extraterrestrial rock as conventional science
                 supposes, but in fact are large sea-scallops wrapped
                 with strips of bacon securely fastened by means of a
                 giant cosmic toothpick.

THE PREDICTION:  Shoemaker-Levy's collision with Jupiter will produce
                 a giant amount of a robust and hearty seafood bisque
                 which can be harvested by unmanned space probes and
                 brought back to earth to feed starving millions.
